NotaryAgentAI Terms of Service

1. General Terms
NotaryAgentAI is operated as a DBA of ROBERT G DAVIDSON JR (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides signing automation services through the NotaryAgentAI website and platform. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Signup currently requires a mobile phone number and at least one SMS consent selection. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
2. SMS Marketing Program
By opting into the NotaryAgentAI SMS Marketing Program, you agree to receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages from NotaryAgentAI on behalf of ROBERT G DAVIDSON JR. These messages may include product updates, tips, alerts, promotional offers, and service announcements related to NotaryAgentAI. By opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages at the mobile number provided.
3. SMS Customer Care Program
By opting into the NotaryAgentAI SMS Customer Care Program, you agree to receive recurring customer care text messages from NotaryAgentAI on behalf of ROBERT G DAVIDSON JR. These messages may include account notifications, onboarding updates, and support responses.
4. Opt-In
Users opt in to SMS messages separately on our signup form by providing a mobile number and checking the consent box that corresponds to each message category (promotional/marketing or customer care). Users must also accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy via a separate checkbox to create an account.
Signup requires a phone number, and users must select at least one SMS message type they agree to receive. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from NotaryAgentAI for that program unless you opt in again.

10. Data Usage

12. Changes to Terms
ROBERT G DAVIDSON JR d/b/a NotaryAgentAI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
